New EU Data Protection laws came into force on 25 May 2018.
Ensemble Software does not maintain a database of Soundshaper users. Since Soundshaper became a free download and ceased to be sold by CDP, it is not in any case possible to determine who the current users are. Historical lists of registered users of Soundshaper are no longer maintained.
Because we do not collect any information via the website, we do not think there a need for a secure SSL certificate (https).
However, browsers will claim that the site is not secure, if it doesn't have an https prefix.
If you contact us regarding Soundshaper, CDP or any related matter, your name and email address is retained solely in order to reply. Your email(s) may also be forwarded to CDP or its individual directors and advisors to assist you with your query. Your name and email address will not be passed to any other parties without your permission.
Since the establishment of the CDP Forum in 2014, software announcements have been made through the Forum and on this site, not by direct email.
